Overview

The US Moto G Power (2026) improves on the ordinary Moto G with 8GB physical RAM, a sharper 6.8-inch 120Hz Full HD+ LCD, an ultrawide camera and IP68/IP69 protection. Both models use Dimensity 6300 and a 5,200mAh nominal battery, so the Power name should not be mistaken for a big performance advantage.

Motorola documents 30W wired charging, Gorilla Glass 7i and expandable 128GB storage. It does not offer wireless charging even though the 2025 Power did. Android Authority’s testing found useful endurance and durability, but flagged the familiar chipset and short update support. Water-resistance ratings apply under lab conditions, not as a damage warranty.

Motorola US currently lists security updates through January 2029. Verify the actual carrier/SKU before a US purchase or international import; we have not established a current official Pakistan price for this US configuration.

Best fit: budget buyers valuing build resilience, a sharper large display and practical cameras. Less suitable: shoppers needing wireless charging, fast gaming or especially long software support.

PhonicSpecs Review

Motorola Moto G Power (2026) Review: Better Built, Not More Powerful

Moto G Power (2026) review: tough IP68/IP69 build, 8GB RAM, Full HD+ 120Hz, familiar Dimensity 6300, absent wireless charging and January 2029 support.

Our verdict

A relatively well-rounded tough budget Moto with better display, memory and cameras than the basic G, though the familiar chip and deletion of 2025 wireless charging mean value depends heavily on the selling price.

Buying advice

Prioritise it for IP-rated durability, readable Full HD+ text and better daily memory headroom; compare against the discounted 2025 Power if wireless charging matters. US security support is currently listed to January 2029.
